Patient visitations are not allowed
In response to COVID-19 and to prevent the spread of infections, this hospital does not allow patient visitations. Your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated.
Visits, etc.
*In principle, visits are not allowed, either on the day of surgery, or the day before or after surgery. However, visits may be allowed upon request from or approval by this hospital.
*Unannounced "Sneak visits” in the 2nd floor main entrance hall, food and beverage corners, outpatient spaces, etc., are also prohibited.
*”Online visits” to talk with family members via Skype are available. To request a visit, please check with a nurse.
*Areas where cell phone use is permitted: the main entrance, elevator hall, and private rooms. Please refrain from talking on the phone in places other than these areas. Cell phone email is permitted. Please be sure to set your phone to the "do not disturb" mode during your hospital stay. Please also refrain from taking pictures or videos, or posting them on SNS, etc.
If you are unable to go to these areas due to treatment, etc., contacting your family may still be possible depending on the conditions. Please check with a nurse.
?In some cases, the hospital may request that you refrain from visiting depending on the condition or treatment of the patient, etc.
?To prevent hospital infection, please refrain from bringing small children to the hospital as much as possible.
?Visitor are requested to refrain from eating and drinking in the hospital ward.
?When entering and leaving the hospital after 7:30 p.m., please use the Emergency Night Entrance on the 1st floor.
At admission, during hospitalization, and at discharge
- When assistance is needed to escort a patient at admission or discharge, one person is allowed to enter the hospital ward in principle.
- Receiving and delivering patient belongings during hospitalization are carried out at the nurse station counter.
- For laundry, a laundry service is available on the first floor.
- An assistant nurse will help you organize your belongings at admission and discharge.
- The main entrance is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please come to the Emergency Night Entrance for pick up.

Parking lot charges
Persons who come to this hospital by car will be charged for parking after 30 minutes.

200 yen - After 1 hour
100 yen per hour
Maximum charge 2,000 yen. In cases exceeding 24 hours, the amount exceeding the 24 hours (hourly rate) will be added.
*Please use the Visitor Parking Lot 1 or Visitor Parking Lot 2.
Guide for online visits via Skype
As a COVID-19 countermeasure, visits to the hospital are not allowed. However, in response to this restriction, online visits to talk with a hospitalized family member using Skype from your home is allowed.

- Since many people are using this service, visits are limited to 10 minutes.
Without reservation
- For use without a reservation, visits are limited to cases deemed necessary by the medical staff.
- Regarding online visits in the ICU, please consult us.
How to use
- Please make a reservation by phone to the nurse station on each floor, at least two days before the day you wish to visit. After arranging a date, you will be contacted.
- Before the day of the visit, install Skype on your PC, smartphone, tablet, etc. and create an account and notify the hospital staff of your Skype ID and name. When the scheduled time for the visit arrives, the hospital will call you via Skpe, requesting a video call. Please be ready to accept the call.
Notes
- An online visit may not be possible depending on patient condition, treatment, etc.
- Recording, photographing, or posting a visit on public media, such as SNS, etc. is prohibited.
- In case of any violation of the rules or instructions of this hospital, use may be discontinued.
- Although a fee is not incurred to use this free-call App, communication fees will be separately charged. (A tablet for the patient to use is provided by this hospital and the communication fees for the device are covered by this hospital)
- Please install and set up the App on your device on your own.
